David Buckingham: The View

David's debut album The View is now available. It features David's own compositions as well as several well-known songs specially arranged by David for classical and flamenco guitar. On the album David plays pieces for solo guitar and also collaborates with the following excellent musicians: Nic France (percussion), Marco Vargas (flamenco dancer), Guillermo Rozenthuler (vocals), Claire Furley (vocals) and Manuel Berraquero (flamenco guitar). "All the pieces are superbly recorded and played, and it's good to hear so much Englishness coming through those Spanish influenced compositions. I defy anyone to better the virtuosity displayed in these pieces. This is going to be one hell of a debut album, and I wish it and David all the success they deserve." - Gordon Giltrap
